Returns & Exchanges — How It Works

Patagonia Bend has a 60-day return policy with receipt. Here's everything you need to know about getting a return or exchange started.


Online Orders

If you purchased from patagoniabend.com, you can start your return or exchange directly through our returns portal:

patagoniabend.com/returns

You'll need your order number and the email address used at checkout. The portal will walk you through the rest and generate your shipping label.


In-Store Purchases

If you bought something at our physical store and need to return it by mail, we handle that manually. See: How to Return an In-Store Purchase by Mail.

If you're returning in person, just bring the item and your receipt to the store at 1000 NW Wall St., Bend — our team will take care of you on the spot.


Return Shipping Fees

Returning for a refund to your original payment method carries a flat $8 shipping fee, deducted from your refund when we process the item — nothing is charged upfront.

Exchanges and store credit ship free — no deduction.


What Qualifies for a Return?

  • Item must be returned within 60 days of purchase

  • Receipt required

  • Item must be in returnable condition

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued once we receive and process your item. Most banks make funds available within 3–5 business days after we issue the refund.
