All orders placed on patagoniabend.com ship from our store in Bend, Oregon — not a warehouse. Here's what to expect.

How Fast Do Orders Ship?

We process and hand off most orders to UPS within 24 hours of when you place them. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Free Shipping Threshold

Free standard shipping on orders over $98. Orders under $98 are subject to standard UPS shipping rates calculated at checkout.

My Tracking Number Isn't Showing Any Movement

This is common and expected — UPS scans packages at their processing facility, not at the point of pickup from our store. That means there can be a gap of several hours between when we hand off your package and when tracking first updates.

If your tracking hasn't moved after 24–48 hours, reach out and we'll investigate on our end.

In-Store Pickup

You can skip shipping entirely by selecting in-store pickup at checkout — it's free and orders are typically ready the same day. We're located at:
