Why Is My Order Still Processing?
Most orders ship within 24 hours of being placed. Occasionally, an order may be held briefly for verification before we
fulfill it. Here's what that means and what to expect.
Order Verification
We review every order before it ships. In some cases, our system flags an order for an additional security check — this
is a normal part of how we protect our customers from unauthorized transactions.
If your order is flagged, a member of our team will reach out to you directly by email to verify a few details. This
typically takes less than a business day to resolve.
To keep things moving quickly:
- Check your email (including spam/junk) for a message from us
- Respond promptly — if we don't hear back within 24 hours, we may cancel the order to protect you
- We'll never ask for your full card number, CVV, or password
What We Verify
We may ask you to confirm:
- A short code that appears on your bank statement next to the Patagonia Bend charge
- Your shipping address
- That the order was placed by you
This process exists to protect our customers. We take it seriously and appreciate your cooperation.
If Your Order Was Cancelled
If an order was cancelled after a verification hold and you'd still like the item, simply place a new order — we'll have
everything ready to go once you reach out.
