How to Return an In-Store Purchase by Mail

How to Return an In-Store Purchase by Mail Patagonia Bend has a 60-day return policy with receipt. If you purchased something at our store in Bend but need to send it back from home, we can set that up for you — it just requires a quick email exchange since our in-store and online systems aren't directly connected. What We Need From You To get your return started, please email us at chockstone@patagoniabend.com with the following: 1. A photo of your receipt — This is the fastest way for us to locate your transaction. We'll pull the ticket number and transaction ID ourselves. 2. A good mailing address — This is where we'll set the return label's return-to address in case the package can't be delivered. 3. The item(s) you'd like to return — Name, size, and color so we can confirm everything in our system. Once we have that, we'll create your return manually and send you a prepaid USPS shipping label. Printing Your Label Your label will come via our returns portal at patagoniabend.com/returns. You have two options: - Print at home — Download and print the PDF label. - QR code at the post office — No printer needed. Bring the QR code on your phone to any USPS location and they'll print it for you. Return Shipping Fee For returns where you're getting a refund back to your original payment method, we deduct a flat $8 return shipping fee from your refund when we process the item upon receipt. Exchanges and store credit ship free — no deduction. Refund Timeline Once we receive your item, we'll process the return and issue your refund. Depending on your bank, funds typically become available within 3–5 business days. Questions? Reach out anytime at chockstone@patagoniabend.com or call us at (541) 382-6694, Mon–Sat 10am–7pm, Sun 10am–6pm.

Iron Clad Guaranty Claims for Items Not Purchased at Patagonia Bend

Warranty Claims for Items Not Purchased at Patagonia Bend We get messages from customers all over the country who find us while looking for Patagonia warranty support. We want to help — here's an honest guide to what we can and can't do, and where to go if we're not the right fit. We're a Local Partner Store Patagonia Bend is an independently owned Patagonia partner store based in Bend, Oregon. We're not Patagonia's corporate customer support team. For warranty issues on items purchased elsewhere — online at patagonia.com, at another Patagonia location, or at a third-party retailer — your best starting point is Patagonia directly: 🔗 help.patagonia.com — use the chat bubble in the lower-right corner to reach their support team. They're great and fully equipped to handle warranty claims regardless of where the item was purchased. What We Can Do We send items to Patagonia's repair facility in Reno, NV on behalf of our customers — and we'll do this regardless of where the item was originally purchased. However, this process only makes practical sense if you're local to Central Oregon. Here's why: we receive the repaired item back at our Bend store, which means you'd need to drop it off with us and pick it up again. If you're in Bend or the surrounding area, we're happy to help. In-store repairs we handle ourselves (free of charge): - Patching - Zipper repairs - Broken snaps and buttons For these, just bring the item in — clean, please — and we'll take a look. If You're Not Local If you're outside Central Oregon and have a warranty concern: 1. Contact Patagonia directly at help.patagonia.com — they can coordinate repairs and warranty claims by mail from anywhere 2. Return to the original retailer — if you purchased from another Patagonia store or authorized dealer, they may be able to assist 3. Contact us anyway — if you're not sure where to start, we're happy to point you in the right direction 📧 chockstone@patagoniabend.com 📞 (541) 382-6694 — Mon–Sat 10am–7pm, Sun 10am–6pm 🗺️ 1000 NW Wall Street, Bend, Oregon
