Warranty & Repairs
Patagonia guarantees everything they make. If a product doesn't perform to your satisfaction — or shows a defect — we'll help you figure out the right path: repair, replacement, or refund.
What's Covered
Patagonia's Ironclad Guarantee covers manufacturing defects and product failures. Normal wear and tear can typically be repaired at a reasonable charge. If you're not sure whether your issue qualifies, reach out and we'll help you assess it.
In-Store Repairs (Free)
We handle minor repairs in-store at no charge, including:
-
Patching
-
Zipper repairs
-
Broken snaps and buttons
Bring the item to us at 1000 NW Wall St., Bend during store hours. Please make sure the item is clean before you bring it in — we can't accept items that haven't been washed.
Complex Repairs — Reno Repair Center
For more involved repairs, we send items to Patagonia's repair facility in Reno, NV — one of the largest apparel repair facilities in the United States. We coordinate all of this on your behalf.
Typical turnaround: 8–10 weeks. During peak seasons, it can extend to 12 weeks. We know that's a long time, especially for gear you use for work or daily use — we appreciate your patience.
Once your item is back in our store and ready for pickup, you'll receive a text or email notification from us.
Note: We are unable to accept waders or wetsuits for repair at our location. For those items, visit patagonia.com/returns or give us a call.
Submitting a Repair
You can bring your item directly to the store. If you purchased online and need to send something in for repair, contact us first so we can coordinate:
