Our Local Rewards program is a thank-you to our regular customers. Here's how it works and what to expect.

How You Earn Rewards

For every $250 you spend at Patagonia Bend — in-store or online at patagoniabend.com — you earn a $25 reward coupon.

Your spending accumulates across purchases. Once you hit the $250 threshold, a coupon is issued automatically and tied to your account.

When Rewards Expire

Each $25 reward coupon expires 60 days from the date it's issued. The expiration date is printed on your in-store receipt under "PERSONAL REWARDS." Keep an eye on it — we aren't able to extend expired rewards.

Where You Can Redeem Rewards

Rewards can be redeemed in-store only at our Bend location. They are not redeemable on patagoniabend.com.

This is a limitation of how our in-store and online systems are connected. We know it's not ideal, and we appreciate your patience with it.

Visiting from out of town? If you have a reward expiring before your next trip to Bend, reach out to us — we'll do our best to work with you.

Checking Your Reward Balance

Your current reward balance and any upcoming expiration dates are printed at the bottom of every in-store receipt. You can also email us at chockstone@patagoniabend.com and we can look it up for you.
